Can I change the contents or variants in the package?
The contents of the package are put together to give you the best price. If you want other variants, we recommend purchasing the products individually.
Can I return parts of a package deal?
Package solutions are negotiated as a fixed package and can therefore only be returned as a package solution.
Returns on individual parts of the package solution are not accepted. A package solution is negotiated together and returned together.
Can I use a discount code on package deals?
Discount codes do not apply to products that are already discounted – this also applies to promotions and package deals.
Can I expand the package with additional parts later?
Yes, most items in our package solutions can also be purchased individually (e.g. extra glass, lids or organizational modules), so you can build on them as your needs change.
