My orders
Can I show up in person and collect my goods?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, but we promise to send your packages as quickly as possible.
I have not received an order confirmation, has my order been placed correctly?
Start by checking your junk or spam folder. If the order confirmation is not in one of those folders, please contact us at info@eleliving.dk.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service at info@eleliving.dk or via 89887790 (Monday-Friday 09:00 - 17:00). Include your order number and the reason for the cancellation in your message.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped please see our returns policy for further instructions.
Generally
The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available?
We strive to keep our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may be out of stock of a particular product. If one of our products is out of stock, please use the "sign me up here" feature and we will let you know when it will be available again.
During promotions, offers or special events, the promotional or offer price for the specified products is only valid for the specified time period or while supplies last.
When will I receive my refund?
You can expect to have the money back on your card within 7-10 business days as soon as we have received the returned item.
When will my payment be deducted?
We only withdraw the money once the item has been shipped from our warehouse.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we currently ship to the following countries:
Sweden, Norway, Faroe Islands, Netherlands and Germany
Can you pay at élé living by invoice or EAN?
Yes, you can. Just write to us at: info@eleliving.dk
Shipping & delivery
Who uses élé living to send packages?
Our packages are delivered by GLS and DAO. The packages are delivered according to your wishes, either to a parcel shop or to your home.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a shipping email with your order details. This email contains a tracking number and a link to the GLS tracking page.
Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number on the GLS tracking page.
Tracking information may not be available immediately after your order is placed.
I have not received my goods, what do I do?
Hopefully this won't happen, but if it does, we'll figure it out together! If you've received an email/text message that it's been delivered, and it's within 24 hours, wait!
Sometimes the driver scans the package before it reaches you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours! If the package still hasn't arrived, write to us at info@eleliving.dk .
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
I didn't manage to pick up my package and it has now been returned, what do I do?
We attach great importance to offering our customers an effortless and pleasant shopping experience. Should you for some reason not be able to pick up your order, and we therefore receive it in return at our warehouse, a fee of DKK 40 will be charged for shipping and handling when returning the order.
We would therefore like to encourage you to ensure collection of your order within the set collection deadline. This will help prevent unnecessary expenses and ensure that you receive your item on time.

What is the shipping cost?
Delivery to Parcelshop:
- Free shipping to parcel shops when purchasing over 599 kr.
- For purchases under DKK 599, the shipping price is DKK 49.
Home delivery:
- The shipping price for home delivery is DKK 29 when you shop for over DKK 599.
- For purchases up to DKK 599, the shipping price for home delivery is DKK 69.
Complaint
How do I make a return?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate the return process, please follow the link below. Enter your order number/email and information about the item you want to return. Print the shipping label and drop off your return at a GLS parcel shop.
Please note that a return fee of [49 DKK] will be charged.

Refund process
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the requirements of our returns policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

I have received a package with damaged products, what do I do?
If you have been unfortunate enough to receive a package with damaged products, we would like to hear from you so that we can find a solution.
Please send the following‼️:
1️⃣ Order number.
2️⃣ Picture of all the external surfaces of the package, where the GLS label must be visible in one of the pictures.
3️⃣ Picture of all the internal protection and the defective contents.
4️⃣ Brief description of damage and size of the product.
So we can get a good overview of the entire package and its contents.

I have purchased a package solution, can I return parts of it?
Package solutions are negotiated as a fixed package and can therefore only be returned as a package solution.
Returns on individual parts of the package solution are not accepted. A package solution is negotiated together and returned together.
Trading terms
I have regretted my purchase, can I return my goods?
There is a full 14-day cancellation period & 24-month right of complaint.
If you have regretted your purchase, you will be able to return it within 14 days of receiving your item.
This follows from the Consumer Agreements Act.
To be eligible, the goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The cost of a return is 49 kr, return costs are paid by the customer.
The customer is liable if damage occurs during transport.
